Job Position:

  • Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager in both traditional (Door-to-Door Canvassing, Telemarketing, etc.) & digital marketing (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, etc.) activities.
  • Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities within the deadline.
  • Build awareness of and develop the Tricomas brand & Managed Print Services (MPS) in the market.
  • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts through both traditional & digital channels.
  • Communicate effectively with target audiences to educate & promote applicable solutions.
  • Assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
  • Produce creative content including videos, posts to maximize engagement and conversions etc.
  • Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
  • Organise events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
  • Liaise with designers and printers & organise photoshoots.
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update customer databases using CRM Software.
  • Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Marketing [preferred].
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data visualization.
  • Hands-on & ready to manage constantly developing requirements.
  • Commit to an agreed deadline and deliver on time.
  • Comfortable working in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
