Job Position:

  • Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • To plan, formulate, and execute business, marketing & sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • To be responsible for leading the sales team to ensure continuous sales and meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare business strategies and plans, forecasts, and other monthly reports in conjunction with the company’s requirements.
  • To conduct joint sales visits, provide sales support and guidance to the sales team in head office and branches to secure more sales, and establish rapport and positioning with the targeted sector’s top management.
  • To use the performance management process to track and manage the sales team’s performance as it relates to key objectives, and competencies and also use the process to develop and coach the sales team.
  • To constantly update your knowledge and understanding of the company’s product and services, pricing, promotions, customer’s needs, and competitor’s products, services, and strategies and to provide feedback on such information, including industry trends and etc.
  • To work with your sales team to assist in developing an in-depth understanding of major market segments served including market size, major customers, key trends, share position, competitive activity, applicable technology and etc.
  • To be responsible for providing and supporting a participative environment in which all team members are encouraged to use a fact-based team approach to solving problems and exploiting opportunities.
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews with sales executives to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of sales executive sales and activity performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales executives based on the criteria agreed upon by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree with min 3 years of managerial experience leading a sales team.
  • A self-motivating person with ambition, drive, and good analytical skills.
  • Outgoing with good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
  • Possess own transportation and is willing to travel.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Position Available in Johor & Kuantan branches.
