The APEOS 7580/6580 has a print speed of 75/65 pages per minute (ppm) for monochrome documents and 4GB of memory with a storage device capacity of 128GB SSD to cater to high-volume and large printing jobs. It is now also equipped with a scanning speed of 270 ppm, improved paper tray capacity, a brand new Smart WelcomEyes feature and can now support documents as small as 84mm x 139.7mm. These added features make this model ideal for large organizations that require quick, accurate scanning of high-volume documents.
User-Friendly Operating System
The new APEOS 7580/6580 models are designed with user-friendliness in mind to enhance productivity within the work environment. The simple layout with easy navigation ensures that users can quickly and easily comprehend the device’s features and settings. Light and sound notifications now go off if there are any uncollected original documents to manage documents and prevent the misplacement of important information. Quick scanning of high-volume material can now be done with the Single Pass Duplex Automatic Document Feeder.
Effortless operation for remote work styles
The APEOS 7580/6580’s have built-in NFC (Near Field Communication), enabling easy printing and scanning from nearby mobile devices. Now up to 100 units can be linked with Server-less On-Demand Print, providing effortless sharing and printing remotely. Centralized Cloud Integration with Cloud Service Hub allows users to use their own mobile devices to access the printer’s interface for efficient document management and sharing. The device can also connect to WiFi and WLAN allowing up to 5 mobile devices to be connected, making it convenient and simple for remote work styles.
Safe and High Performing
APEOS 7580/6580 models have high-performance finishing options, including the D6, C5, and C4 Finishers with Booklet Maker options as well. These options now support single and double staple-free finishing, providing professional and polished document output. As always, document and information safety is of the utmost priority and is protected by the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 and Wireless LAN with newly supported WPA3 security protocol
