We are seeking a driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all subsidiaries under the Tricomas Group umbrella. This role is pivotal in shaping the Group’s brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring a unified marketing direction that supports business growth in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Prepare and strategise a comprehensive marketing strategy for the entire Tricomas Group of Companies, ensuring alignment across photocopier, IT, and software divisions.

Develop annual marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets that drive sales, visibility, and customer engagement.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives with measurable KPIs.
2. Branding & Corporate Identity

Strengthen and standardise Tricomas Group branding across all subsidiaries and channels.

Oversee the development of marketing materials (brochures, digital assets, presentations, videos) for brand consistency.

Build awareness and trust in the Tricomas brand, particularly in Managed Print Services (MPS), IT Solutions, and Office Automation.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Optimize website content and digital presence to improve organic reach and lead conversion.

Collaborate with the sales team to implement digital lead funnels and marketing automation workflows.
4. Campaigns, Events & Content Creation

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and client events.

Oversee content creation (articles, social posts, videos, newsletters) to educate clients and promote solutions.

Liaise with designers, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing materials on time and within budget.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, ROI, and lead performance using CRM and analytics tools.

Present insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
6. Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, coach, and guide the marketing team (executives, interns, or agency partners).

Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Service departments to align marketing with company goals.

Support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives with HR.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B industries such as office automation, IT, or technology solutions.

Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.

Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficient in marketing analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
