Print Utility V3 allows Multi-Function Devices and printers to automatically recognize iOS and Android devices by detecting what devices are connected to your office’s wireless LAN. Documents can be printed directly from your mobile device to the selected printer without needing to access your Desktop/Laptop.    

Near Field Communication (NFC): With the build-in NFC technology available on the FUJIFILM Apeos range of machines, you can simply tap your mobile device to the NFC tag on the control panel to start your print/scan/copy jobs with the selected settings. 

Safety First  Print Utility V3 prioritizes security and authorization. All documents stored in Print Utility V3 are only accessible to users with the authorization given by the person in charge. Authentication can be enabled on the app to ensure sensitive & confidential documents are not at risk of data leakages.   

Customization The Print Utility V3 App allows users to customize their menu according to their preferences. Functions such as Priint, Scan to Mobile, Capture, Copy, Email, Scan to Folder and Fax can be toggled from displayed to hidden on the main menu screen of the application. 

Frequently used functions such as the printing of specific documents can also be added to Favourites for ease of selection.    

Job Settings Select specific settings for your print & copy jobs such as color mode, the number of copies, one-sided or two-sided printing, and whether or not to save or delete the file after the print is complete all from the comfort of your own phone!
